Interpersonal Communication
Based on different types of communication with individuals in a variety of
situations, this manual provides the speaker with the opportunity to converse
with a stranger, use negotiation skills and coaching. Each assignment has three
parts; a verbal description of the skills to be displayed, the role play itself,
and discussion about the role undertaken.
